Planning Day Announced – May 22

Middle Head Planning Day Will be Sunday May 22 – Please Attend!

Trust Will Amend the Middle Head Plan

The Harbour Trust has finally announced its one and only public information day.

It will then draft new amendments to the 2014 Middle Head Plan. The 2014 plan was written to accommodate the now defunct aged care facility.

The planning day will take place at Middle Head from 10am until 2pm, with information sessions at 11am, 12pm and 1pm and in conjunction with theNSW National Parks and Wildlife Service (NPWS) who also manage public parkland at Middle Head.

There is little information on the Trust site at this time.

However HPG will be posting information to assist you in making your submission. Preliminary information can be found on the HPG website here.

A link to the Harbour Trust’s notice and how to make a comment can be found here.

We hope the public will have access to the presently fenced-off 10 Terminal site for the first time in decades.

There is a very short deadline for comments, May 31. Your comment is important to the future of public parkland at Middle Head.

Please feel free to email us at [email protected] with any questions about how to make a comment.

We will send further updates soon.

HPG Team.
