When making donations and payments to Headland Preservation Group Inc (HPG) card details are transmitted through a secure server using Westpac Banking Corporation’s merchant facility. Card data provided by you to us via online and hard copy forms is not hosted by HPG after processing.


Each time you visit our website, information is automatically logged about you and how you use the site. For example your geographic location and the pages you view. This information is used for internal review purposes and allows us to improve our communications.

We collect information volunteered by people on our site. For example information submitted via forms. If you have volunteered contact details we will use those details to provide you with information relating to membership of HPG and our campaigns. If at any point you would like to be removed from our contact lists please contact us via email, phone or post.

HPG is dedicated to keeping your details private. Any information we collect in relation to you is kept strictly secured. We do not pass on, sell or swap any of your personal details with anyone.

We use tools developed by third parties to collect and store information. For example Gmail and Google Analytics. These tools store and transmit information using servers located inside and outside Australia. There are inherent risks in transmitting information across the internet and we do not have the ability to control the security of information collected and stored by third party providers.


All monies received are donations to support the aims and purpose of Headland Preservation Group and are non-refundable.
